Shipping policy

l'artiste ships orders to addresses within Australia and internationally. All shipments are made exclusively via Australia Post. By placing an order with l'artiste, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this shipping policy.

SHIPPING METHODS AND DELIVERY TIMES
l'artiste offers the following shipping options:

  1. Australia Post Standard Shipping (Domestic) – Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days.

  2. Australia Post Express Shipping (Domestic) – Estimated delivery within 1–3 business days.

  3. Australia Post International Shipping – Estimated delivery times vary by destination and are provided by Australia Post.

  4. Australia Post Express International Shipping – Estimated delivery times vary by destination and are provided by Australia Post.

All shipping costs shall be calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer. Tracking is available for all shipments where provided by Australia Post.

ORDER PROCESSING
Orders, excluding pre-orders or pre-releases, shall be processed within 1–2 business days from receipt of payment, excluding weekends and public holidays. l'artiste shall not be liable for delays caused by external carriers, customs, or force majeure events. Customers will receive an electronic confirmation with tracking details once an order has been dispatched. If 7 business days have passed and you have not yet received an electronic confirmation, please notify us by email at lartisteassortiment@gmail.com

SHIPPING ADDRESS AND RESPONSIBILITY 
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. l'artiste shall not be held liable for any loss, delay, or misdelivery arising from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

CUSTOMS DUTIES
It is the responsibility of the customer to bear any additional customs taxes or duties when importing l'artiste products into their country.

LOSS OR DAMAGE
In the event that a shipment is lost, damaged, or fails to arrive, the customer must notify l'artiste within 7 days of receipt (or expected receipt for international shipments) to initiate any claim. l'artiste liability is limited to the cost of the goods and does not extend to indirect or consequential losses.

POLICY AMENDMENTS  
l'artiste reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this shipping policy at any time without prior notice. Customers are responsible for reviewing this policy periodically to ensure compliance with its terms.
